3. Nature of the Service
The platform:
- Converts uploaded PDF observation reports into structured data
- Displays extracted data alongside the original PDF
- Requires users to review and confirm data before it is stored
You acknowledge that:
- Extracted data may not always be accurate
- You are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming data before saving
4. User Data
- You retain ownership of all data you upload
- You grant Observation Intelligence permission to store and process this data to provide the service
5. Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- All activity carried out under your account
6. Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
We may suspend or modify the platform for maintenance or improvements.
7. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided on an “as is” basis.
Observation Intelligence is not liable for:
- Inaccuracies in extracted data
- Decisions made based on platform data
- Any loss arising from use of the platform
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.
You may stop using the platform at any time.
